Can I Add Items to My Order After It Has Been Dispatched?
At British Homes Direct, we understand that sometimes you may want to add more items to your order even after it's been placed. However, once your order has been dispatched, it is unfortunately not possible to amend or add items to it.
What to Do If You Need to Make Changes After Dispatch
If you realise you need to change your order after it has been dispatched, you can reject the delivery on the day it arrives. This means you do not accept the items when the parcel is delivered to your home.
Once the order is returned to us after a rejected delivery, our friendly customer service team will be happy to assist you with amending your order and arranging a new delivery time that suits you.
How to Reject Your Delivery
- When your delivery arrives, inform the courier that you wish to reject the parcel.
- Do not sign for or accept the package.
- The courier will then take the order back to us.
