At British Homes Direct, we strive to deliver your order on a date convenient to you. If you receive a date that is not convenient, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request this change.
Please note that we can only change a delivery date if we have a van operating in your area at that time. All deliveries are scheduled based on the delivery routes we have planned for that week. If you do need to change your delivery day, the new date offered will be based on the next available delivery route in your area.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer nominated or guaranteed delivery dates outside of our scheduled delivery routes.
