Hello, I need to know what happens with the delivery of the products I purchased on June 28, 2026? It's been 10 days and I still haven't received my products? I check the track order and it gives an error, I can't know what day it will arrive. I am writing to find out what day or month my product will arrive since I also pay for delivery service
hello I placed a order on the 3rd of August supposed to be delivered today no update on the tracking order says error. No one answers the phone or answers online chat. Disappointed in this website as I paid delivery charge
Hi my order is meant to be delivered 7.30am to 12.30 pm apparently they tried to deliver at 6.55 am this morning while I am at home and it is well before the expected delivery time. Will I still get it today and will they try to redeliver or just return my items. No information on website. No attempt from delivery person to contact me when trying to deliver no text or call. Any help would be great. Thanks
