It’s near impossible to get through to anyone for a refund. They will respond to random questions via email but any mention of complaint, refund etc - nothing. You will need trading standards and citizens advice. The company has a liquidation notice and a never ending 24 hour sale
They want to process my refund through a LemFi app, which involves my depositing money into this. Seems very strange and Im not comfortable with this. Maybe their accounts have been frozen. Paid for materials that are apparently out of stock and very poor and limited response. I wouldn't recommend anyone buying now as they also won't confirm by e mail that the order is cancelled, which is what you need to go you your bank.
